Cancellations:

– After dispatch, cancellations will not be accepted.

– Incorrect items received
– To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
– Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
– We do not offer product returns under any circumstances due to the sealed and perishable nature of our goods.
– In the case of defects like glass breakage or leakage, please report within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof.
– Return pickup is not available.
