We begin with high-quality A2 milk from hand-raised Gir cows, nurtured on our 4-acre farm in Hyderabad, fed with homegrown fodder.
Cultured, Not Just Collected
The milk is slowly cultured into curd, following traditional methods to preserve natural enzymes and probiotic value.
Bilona Churning Method
Using a wooden churner (bilona), we separate the curd into butter—using machinery only for gentle consistency, not speed.45 milking cows, loved and cared for, produce over 200 liters of milk daily.
Handcrafted Ghee, Slow-Cooked
The butter is slow-cooked over a low flame, allowing the golden ghee to form naturally—rich, fragrant, and full of depth.
Purified & Preserved
Ghee is clarified, skimmed, and strained by hand before being bottled in glass—free from additives, preservatives, or shortcuts.
Result? 200 kg of ghee each month, every batch a labor of love.
